Upon arrival, it was determined that between 10:20 p.m. and 10:25 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when she was approached by the unknown male suspect, who grabbed her from behind and touched her inappropriately. A brief struggle ensued, causing the victim to fall to the ground. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. The victim sustained minor injuries. The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5’7,” with a skinny build. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect pulled up alongside the victim a second time and attempted to start conversation, while exposing himself to her. The suspect fled in his vehicle prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male, wearing a dark colored turban, driving an older model white or lightly colored 4-door sedan. The investigation is ongoing.

At approximately 10:17 p.m. on October 31, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she observed the unknown male suspect outside her window. The suspect is described as a black male, over 6 feet tall, in his 50’s, wearing blue sweatpants and a black jacket with a hood. The investigation is ongoing.

At approximately 1:17 p.m. on September 2, police were dispatched to a possible dispute. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was entering her apartment when an unknown suspect forced his way inside. The suspect made threats to the victim and took her cell phone. The victim began to scream and the suspect returned her property before fleeing the scene on foot. Officers canvased the area with negative results. The suspect is described as a heavy set black male, slightly under 6’0” tall, wearing a brightly colored shirt. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect attempted to flee on foot prior to police arrival. Officers located the suspect in the area and he was positively identified. David Coleman, 63, of Arlington, Va., was arrested and charged with Attempted Burglary, Possession of Burglarious Tools and Destruction of Property. He was held on no bond.

The male made inappropriate comments to the victim and spit on her. The male subsequently entered the business and was refusing to leave. Arriving officers located the male suspect inside of the business and took him into custody without incident. Donte Smith, 35, of Washington, D.C. was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Assault & Battery.

Arriving officers located the suspect nearby and he was taken into custody. David Nichols, 39, of Arlington, Va., was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure, Drunk in Public and Failure to ID. He was held on no bond.

Upon arrival, it was determined that after the male suspect was refused service at a business due to his level of intoxication, he allegedly exposed his genitals and inappropriately touched himself, before attempting to approach an employee. The employee was able to push the suspect away and leave the business to call police. Arriving officers located the suspect and took him into custody. Josue Sierra Lopez, 31, of Arlington, Va., was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Drunk in Public.

Arriving officers located an individual matching the suspect description nearby. While attempting to take the suspect into custody, the suspect actively resisted. With the assistance of an additional officer arriving on scene, the suspect was taken into custody. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was found to be in possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Matthew Zolkover, 35, of Ashburn, Va., was arrested and charged with Obstruction of Justice, Possession of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance and Public Masturbation. He was held on no bond.

BURGLARY
4100 block of 3rd Road N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 8:40 a.m. on April 24, police were  dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 8:40 a.m., the victim was inside a residence when she heard banging and observed a known male suspect attempting to force entry. The victim secured herself in a room while contacting police, however the suspect gained entry to the residence and verbally threatened the victim while kicking the door to the room she was in. Once quiet, the victim exited the room she was in and made contact with the suspect inside the residence. The suspect continued to threaten and pushed her until a neighbor assisted the victim in forcing the suspect outside of the residence, where he was taken into custody by arriving officers. The victim was not injured. Carlos Lopez, 58, of Arlington, Va., was arrested and charged with Burglary, Unlawful Entry, Assault & Battery, Possession of Alcohol by an Interdicted Person and Trespassing. He was held on no bond.

Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she observed an unknown male suspect leaning against the window. The victim yelled at the suspect and hit the window, resulting in him fleeing prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a white male with dark eyes. The investigation is ongoing.

At approximately 3:26 a.m. on March 2, police were dispatched to the report of a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was asleep inside a residence when she was awoken to an unknown male suspect allegedly kissing her on the cheek. Once confronted by the victim, the suspect left the residence on foot. Responding officers located a suspect matching the victim’s description and he was later positively identified. Dominus Dayton, 37, of Arlington, VA was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry and Assault and Battery. He was held on no bond.

Upon arrival, it was determined the victim was inside her residence when she observed the door handle to her residence moving. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a black male, 40 – 60 years old, wearing a camouflage jacket, light colored sweatshirt and light colored pants. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect then walked to a patio door where he was confronted by the victim before fleeing the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with cropped black hair, approximately 18-20 years old and slightly overweight. He was wearing black headphones, a grey hoodie and grey sweatpants. Upon arrival, it was determined the female victim was awoken to the sound of someone tampering with the handle to her front door. The victim conversed with the suspect through the front door, telling him to leave. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a black male with a black beanie, grey or olive jacket and blue jeans. The investigation is ongoing.

Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim observed the male suspect allegedly touching himself inappropriately. Arriving officers located the suspect and observed the suspect continue to touch himself inappropriately and took him into custody without incident. Michael Scott, 55, of No Fixed Address, was arrested and charged with Public Masturbation.

As she turned, she observed the suspect exposing himself before he grabbed her personal belongings and fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 18 – 20 years of age, 5’2” – 5’4”, 130 – 150 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. The suspects then pushed the victim to the ground and stole the her personal belongings before one suspect fled the scene on foot and the second suspect fled in a vehicle. The victim was not injured. Suspect One is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’11”, wearing a red shirt and white jeans. Suspect Two is described as a white male, approximately 6’0”, wearing a blue shirt, dark jeans and a gold chain. The vehicle is described as a red sedan. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male, 25-35 years old, taller than 6’1”, approximately 190 lbs., with short black hair, brown eyes, scruff on his face, wearing a dark gray shirt, black jacket and black jeans. At approximately 3:00 a.m. on January 12, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was walking in the area when she noticed an unknown male subject following her. As she approached the entrance to her residence, the male suspect pulled the victim’s hair from behind and wrapped his arms around her, preventing her from leaving. The suspect attempted to pull the victim away from her residence, however she resisted and the suspect eventually fled on foot when a vehicle drove by the area. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, with light-olive toned skin, possibly in his late 20’s or early 30’s, approximately 5’8”-5’11”, 150-180 lbs., wearing black pants, a black jacket, black shoes and a winter mask. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect is described as a tall, thin black male, approximately 5’11”-6’0”, with dreadlocks, a black beard, chipped teeth with a gap in the center, wearing a long black jacket, light khaki pants, white headphones, and black and white sneakers.
