At approximately 6:30 a.m. on August 6 police were dispatched to the report of graffiti. Upon arrival, officers located derogatory racial and gender terms written on a building and vehicle. There are no suspect(s) descriptions. The investigation is ongoing.

700 block of S. Greenbrier Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on a highway or road on August 8 at approximately 10:45 a.m.
PEEPING
1900 block of Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:19 p.m. on August 14, police were dispatched to the report of a prowler. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victims observed the unknown male suspect looking into their residence through a glass door. When the victims attempted to investigate, the suspect fled on foot. The suspect is described as a white male, heavyset, weighing at least 250 lbs., 5’8”-6’0”, with a beard, wearing a black short sleeve t-shirt with a grey long sleeve shirt underneath, black jeans and a black hat. The investigation is ongoing.

1300 block of Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 6:47 p.m. on August 24, police were dispatched to the late report of found property. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 4:25 p.m., a witness allegedly located a camera in the toilet area of a restroom inside a business and subsequently removed it and notified management. There is no suspect(s) description. During the follow-up investigation, no data was located on the device.
AGGRAVATED SEXUAL BATTERY

This incident occurred at a government or public building on August 26 at approximately 5:00 a.m.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
5200 block of 7th Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:12 p.m. on August 28, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim observed the male suspect exposing himself and masturbating inside of his vehicle. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. He is described as a dark-skinned black male, wearing a yellow t-shirt, driving a silver Honda Civic. The investigation is ongoing.
