This incident occurred at a home or residence on October 1 at 2:28 p.m.

SEXUAL BATTERY
4800 block of Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:48 p.m. on October 2, police were dispatched to the report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 10:20 p.m. and 10:25 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when she was approached by the unknown male suspect, who grabbed her from behind and touched her inappropriately. A brief struggle ensued, causing the victim to fall to the ground. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. The victim sustained minor injuries. The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5’7,” with a skinny build. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at a hotel or motel on October 11 at 11:30 a.m.

This incident occurred on a highway or road on October 11 at 6:00 p.m.

RAPE
2600 block of N. Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on a highway or road on October 13 at 2:00 a.m.

PEEPING
1700 block of N. Troy Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 8:06 p.m. on October 13, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping tom. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 7:00 p.m., the victim observed the male suspect looking into the window of her residence. The victim opened the window to confront the suspect, however he fled on foot prior to police arrival.  The suspect is described as a black male in his 50’s, wearing a black jacket and dark pants. The investigation is ongoing.

SEXUAL BATTERY
200 block of S. Carlin Springs Road, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a secondary or elementary school on October 15 at 12:54 p.m.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY
1000 block of N. Filmore Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 8:50 p.m. on October 17, police were dispatched to the report of a breaking and entering just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim received an alert of motion inside of her residence on her phone and subsequently observed via a camera that an unknown male subject had gained entry to the residence. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. Nothing was reported stolen from the residence. The suspect is described as a medium build Middle Eastern or Hispanic male, wearing camouflage pants and a long sleeve shirt. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at a convenience store on October 22 at 9:54 p.m.

This incident occurred at a government or public building on October 23 at 1:30 p.m.

FORCIBLE SODOMY
4500 block of S. Four Mile Run Drive, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence on October 27 at 9:00 a.m.

AGGRAVATED SEXUAL BATTERY

This incident occurred at a home or residence on October 29 at 1:32 p.m.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1200 block of N. Veitch Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 5:02 p.m. on October 31, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 4:13 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when the suspect pulled up beside her in his vehicle and attempted to ask her for directions, however, the victim continued walking. The suspect pulled up alongside the victim a second time and attempted to start conversation, while exposing himself to her. The suspect fled in his vehicle prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male, wearing a dark colored turban, driving an older model white or lightly colored 4-door sedan. The investigation is ongoing.

PEEPING
4000 block of Washington Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:17 p.m. on October 31, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she observed the unknown male suspect outside her window. The suspect is described as a black male, over 6 feet tall, in his 50’s, wearing blue sweatpants and a black jacket with a hood. The investigation is ongoing.
