This incident occurred at a home or residence on December 2 at 3:00 p.m.
BURGLARY
1200 block of N. Utah Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 11:48 p.m. on December 2, police were dispatched to the report of an attempted breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she heard the door handle moving and observed the suspect holding a flashlight outside. The victim screamed, prompting the suspect to flee prior to police arrival. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that entry was forced to another portion of the residence, causing damage. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY
1000 block of Arlington Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:30 p.m. on December 3, police were dispatched to the report of an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she heard noise coming from the door and observed the unknown suspect attempting to gain entry unsuccessfully. The victim yelled and the suspect fled prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a male with olive skin and black hair. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at an elementary or secondary school on December 4 at 12:00 p.m.
ROBBERY
Pershing Drive at N. Glebe Road, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 11:32 p.m. on December 5, police were dispatched to the late report of a robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 7:55 p.m. on December 4, the victim was at a bus stop in the area, when two male suspects approached her and grabbed her bag. A brief struggle ensued over the bag before one suspect took it. Both suspects fled on foot. Suspect One is described as a Hispanic male in his late 20’s, 5’5”-5’6”, with brown eyes and black hair, wearing a black jacket, black hat and black pants. Suspect Two is described as Hispanic male in his late 20’s, with brown eyes, black hair and wearing a tan snowsuit style outfit. The investigation is ongoing.
ARMED ROBBERY
5500 block of Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 5:45 a.m. on December 21, police were dispatched to the late report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 6:30 a.m. on December 5, the female victim was waiting at a bus stop when she was approached by two unknown male suspects. The suspects forced her to the ground, produced a firearm and stole her personal property. Both suspects are described as males with brown skin, 5’8” – 5’10” tall with a skinny build and curly black hair. Both were wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at a park or playground on December 10 at 10:00 a.m.
AGGRAVATED SEXUAL BATTERY
300 block of S. Irving Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 5:12 p.m. on December 10, police were dispatched to the report of an assault that just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that three juveniles were walking in the area when the suspect allegedly began to follow them. The suspect then approached the female victim from behind, grabbed her buttocks and placed his hands around her, pulling towards him. The victim pushed the suspect away and yelled for help. The suspect fled the scene on foot prior to police arrival and a canvas of the area returned with negative results. The suspect is described as a white male, 30 – 40 years old, 5’7” – 5’9” tall with a lanky build. He has dark hair, a dark brown goatee with highlights of gray and stubble around the cheeks. He was wearing a tan hoodie and baggy, light blue jeans at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.

At approximately 2:51 p.m. on December 17, police were dispatched to the late report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that on December 14, the unknown suspect was inside of a business when the victim observed him touching himself inappropriately. The suspect is described as a black male in his late 30’s, with a dark complexion and scruffy beard. The investigation is ongoing.

At approximately 6:30 a.m. on December 27, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she heard noise outside her window and observed the male suspect. The victim yelled at the suspect, prompting him to flee prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a black male, over six feet tall, wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants. The investigation is ongoing.
