INDECENT EXPOSURE
3500 block of S. Clark Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:17 p.m. on January 2, police were dispatched to the report of a trespasser. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect had been asked to leave a business earlier in the day by management. The suspect later began acting disorderly inside the business and entered the women’s restroom, where officers located him exposing himself in the sauna. He was taken into custody without incident. The suspect, 28, of Washington, D.C. was arrested and charged with Trespassing, Indecent Exposure, Drunk in Public and Public Masturbation.

AGGRAVATED SEXUAL BATTERY
1400 block of N. Courthouse Road, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on January 3, at approximately 12:00 p.m.

RAPE
900 block of N. Jackson Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on January 3, at approximately 8:00 p.m.

SEXUAL BATTERY
1100 block of N. George Mason Drive, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 9:10 p.m. on January 5, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 8:17 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when she noticed the shadow of someone behind her. As she turned around, the suspect grabbed her buttocks and ran away. She described the suspect as a white male, in his late 20’s or early 30’s, possibly Hispanic or Italian, with dark features, straight, dark, short hair, wearing a black hoodie and light pants. The investigation is ongoing.

SEXUAL BATTERY
5200 block of Yorktown Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on January 6, at approximately 12:00 p.m.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY
4300 block of 17th Street N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 4:21 p.m. on January 12, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that a witness observed the male suspect enter a home under construction. Officers took the suspect into custody without incident as he exited the residence. While investigating the incident, it was determined the individual was a suspect in an earlier assault and battery in which he allegedly inappropriately touched a female victim at the intersection of 16th Street N. and Glebe Road. The suspect, 21, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry, Assault and Battery and Identity Theft. He was held on no bond.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
2100 block of Washington Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on January 13, at approximately 2:45 p.m.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY
2200 block of 26th Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 5:15 p.m. on January 15, police were dispatched to the report of a late breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 3:00 p.m., the female resident heard noise originating from a bedroom and upon investigating, observed an open window and items moved around. No items were reported stolen. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY
2900 block of 6th Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on January 17, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary that had just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she heard noise and allegedly observed the unknown male suspect inside. Upon noticing the victim, the suspect fled the residence. Arriving officers located the suspect in the area and he was positively identified.  During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the suspect had allegedly entered a second residence and stolen items of value. The suspect, 24, of Washington, D.C. was arrested and charged with Burglary. The suspect was also determined to be wanted out of Falls Church for Petit Larceny. He was held on no bond.

BURGLARY
3000 block of 7th Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 1:59 p.m. on January 17, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was notified of an open door at her residence. Upon responding to the residence, the victim noticed that an unknown suspect had gained entry to the residence, tampered with items and stolen items of value. While on scene investigating, officers investigating a separate burglary in the area found the suspect to be in possession of items allegedly stolen from this residence. The suspect, 24, of Washington, D.C. was arrested and charged with Burglary and Grand Larceny. He was held on no bond.

ROBBERY
1100 block of N. Quincy Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 7:35 p.m. on January 23, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was walking to the door of her residence when two unknown suspects approached her from behind. The suspects knocked her to the ground and assaulted her before stealing her purse and fleeing the scene. A canvas of the area by responding officers returned with negative results. The victim was treated on scene for minor injuries. Suspect One is described as a black male, approximately 6’0” tall, 220 lbs, scruffy facial hair and wearing dark clothing. Suspect two is described as a black male wearing a dark colored hoodie. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred on January 27, at approximately 4:00 p.m.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
3100 block of Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on January 28, at approximately 6:27 p.m.
