900 block of S. Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a park or playground on April 22 at approximately 3:18 p.m.

BURGLARY
4100 block of 3rd Road N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 8:40 a.m. on April 24, police were  dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 8:40 a.m., the victim was inside a residence when she heard banging and observed a known male suspect attempting to force entry. The victim secured herself in a room while contacting police, however the suspect gained entry to the residence and verbally threatened the victim while kicking the door to the room she was in. Once quiet, the victim exited the room she was in and made contact with the suspect inside the residence. The suspect continued to threaten and pushed her until a neighbor assisted the victim in forcing the suspect outside of the residence, where he was taken into custody by arriving officers. The victim was not injured. Carlos Lopez, 58, of Arlington, Va., was arrested and charged with Burglary, Unlawful Entry, Assault & Battery, Possession of Alcohol by an Interdicted Person and Trespassing. He was held on no bond.

This incident occurred at a government or public building on April 24 at approximately 3:57 p.m.

PEEPING
2300 block of 10th Street N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 8:50 a.m. on April 25, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she observed an unknown male suspect leaning against the window. The victim yelled at the suspect and hit the window, resulting in him fleeing prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a white male with dark eyes. The investigation is ongoing.
