This incident occurred at a home or residence on June 1 at approximately 12:00 a.m.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
16th Street N. at N. Pierce Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 12:51 p.m. on June 1, police were dispatched to the report of a subject masturbating in public. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim allegedly observed the suspect expose himself and masturbate inside of his vehicle. Arriving officers made contact with the suspect and he was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was later determined to also be in possession of marijuana. The suspect, 22, of Arlington, Va., was arrested and charged with Public Masturbation, Indecent Exposure and Possession of Marijuana.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
2800 block of 4th Street N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 7:01 a.m. on June 5, the juvenile female victims were walking in the area when an unknown male suspect pulled alongside them in a vehicle and exposed his genitals. The victims ran from the area and sought assistance. The suspect is described as a white male driving a black vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

PUBLIC MASTURBATION
900 block of 15th Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 7:48 a.m. on June 7, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect was captured on surveillance video allegedly masturbating inside a common room in a residential building. Justin Fletcher, 21, of Bladensburg, MD was arrested and charged with public masturbation. He was held on a secured bond.

1600 block of 10th Street, S., Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence on June 10 at approximately 7:45 a.m.

PEEPING
2000 block of S. Kenmore Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 11:23 p.m. on June 10, police were dispatched to the late report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that approximately 20 minutes prior, the victim was inside her residence when she observed an unknown male suspect looking into the residence through a window. Upon making eye contact with the suspect, the victim ran out of the room to seek assistance, prompting the suspect to flee prior to police arrival. Arriving officers canvased the area with negative results. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a mask. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at a highway or road on June 17 at approximately 4:10 a.m.

PEEPING
800 block of S. Greenbrier Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 12:40 a.m. on June 20, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim observed someone walking back and forth outside her window. The victim subsequently walked over to the window to investigate and observed the male suspect looking directly into the residence. The victim screamed and banged on the window, prompting the suspect to flee on foot prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 30-40 years old, with a buzz cut and wearing a light colored t-shirt. The investigation is ongoing.
