This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 12:00 p.m. on April 1.

SEXUAL BATTERY
200 block of S. Carlin Springs Road, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a secondary or elementary school at approximately 8:00 a.m. on April 2.

FORCIBLE SODOMY
800 block of N. Glebe Road, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 12:00 a.m. on April 5.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1300 block of N. Danville Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 12:53 a.m. on April 7, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that as the female victim entered her vehicle an unknown male suspect approached the vehicle on foot and allegedly began masturbating. The victim yelled and the suspect fled the area prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a black male in his late twenties, approximately six feet tall, with a full beard, wearing an army green hooded sweatshirt, with the hood covering his face, and grey sweatpants. The investigation is ongoing.

RAPE
300 block of 23rd Street, S., Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 4:38 a.m. on April 9.

UNLAWFUL FILMING
1100 block of S. Hayes Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 7:57 p.m. on April 11, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping tom. Upon arrival, it was determined that while the female victim was in a dressing room, she observed a cell phone on the floor with its camera pointing upwards. The victim confronted the male subject in the dressing room next to hers who denied involvement in the incident. The subject fled the scene prior to police arrival. The subject is described as an Asian male, approximately 5’9”, with a heavy accent, clean shaven with scars on his face, wearing a dark jacket, dark jeans, and carrying a backpack on his back. The investigation is ongoing.

POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
5000 block of 7th Road, S., Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 12:00 a.m. on April 12.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
28th Road S. at S. Abingdon Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:06 p.m. on April 12, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was walking in the area when she observed an unknown male suspect masturbating inside his vehicle. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 30’s. He was driving a blue sedan. The investigation is ongoing.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY
700 block of 23rd Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 3:04 p.m. on April 15, police were dispatched to the report of an attempted robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was walking towards the entrance of a building when the male suspect approached her, grabbed her hair and pulled at her purse. The suspect was unsuccessful in stealing the purse and fled the scene on foot. The victim did not require medical treatment. Based upon the suspect description provided by the victim, an arriving officer was able to locate the suspect nearby on a property he had previously been banned from. Steven George, 51, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with attempted robbery and trespassing.

This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 12:00 a.m. on April 20.

AGGRAVATED SEXUAL BATTERY
800 block of S. Frederick Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 7:15 a.m. on April 20.

PUBLIC MASTURBATION
1900 block of Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:53 p.m. on April 20, police were dispatched to the late report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 9:35 p.m., the female victim was walking in the area when she witnessed an unknown male suspect allegedly masturbating in a park. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’7” tall and 160 lbs., with dark hair sticking out of a dark colored beanie, wearing a black windbreaker and dark pants. The investigation is ongoing.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY
1200 block of S. George Mason Drive, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 5:20 a.m. on April 21, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 4:50 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., the victim was walking to her residence when an unknown male suspect approached her and demanded money. When the victim declined, the suspect struck her, causing her to fall to the ground. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle. The victim suffered minor injuries that did not require medical treatment. Nothing was reported stolen from the victim. The suspect is described as white male, 35-45 years old, approximately 5’5” to 5’7” tall, with black hair that was longer on the top and shorter on the sides and parted to the side, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and a white belt. The vehicle is described as a dark colored Toyota Camry or similar model sedan with Maryland tags. The investigation is ongoing.

RAPE
1900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 10:57 p.m. on April 21.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
Wilson Boulevard at N. Troy Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:47 p.m. on April 24, police were dispatched to the report of a possible exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 10:20 p.m. the female victim was walking in the area when an unknown male suspect approached her while exposing himself. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. Arriving officers canvassed the area with negative results. The suspect is described as a light skinned Hispanic male, approximately 5’6” to 5’8” tall, with a skinny build, wearing a black hoodie with the hood pulled over his head and blue jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
