This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 7:33 p.m. on February 3.

ROBBERY
5700 block of 10th Road N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 1:00 a.m. on February 4, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined that a female victim exited her vehicle and was walking to her residence when she was approached by two male suspects, who demanded her purse and money. The two suspects stole the victim’s purse and other items of value and fled in a dark blue two-door pickup truck driven by a third suspect. Responding officers canvassed the area with negative results. Suspect One is described as a medium-skinned black male, approximately 5’8-5’10, medium build, in his early 20’s, wearing a black cap, a long black jacket with a hood, with a beige jacket underneath and black shoes. Suspect Two is described as a black male. There is no description of the third suspect. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at a restaurant at approximately 9:22 a.m. on February 8.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1800 block of 16th Street N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 9:55 p.m. on February 9, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was walking in the area when the male suspect walked past her and turned back to ask her a question with his genitals exposed. The suspect then fled on foot in the opposite direction. The suspect is described as a darker skinned male, possibly Hispanic or Arabic, younger than 35 years old, approximately 5’6, wearing a gray hoodie with dark stripes and the hood up, blue jeans, and something covering his mouth. The area was canvased with negative results. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred on a highway/road/alley at approximately 6:13 p.m. on February 16.

6000 block of Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 1:35 p.m. on February 19, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 1:50 p.m. on February 18, the female victim was waiting at the bus stop when an unknown male suspect approached her from behind and placed his hands on her back and buttocks. When the victim turned around, the suspect fled on foot. The suspect is described as a male with an average build, approximately 6’0”, wearing a black hoodie. The investigation is ongoing.

SEXUAL BATTERY
Washington and Old Dominion Trail, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:34 p.m. on February 19, police responded to the late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 12:15 p.m., while the female victim was running on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail, a male suspect ran up behind her, grabbed her buttocks and fled on foot. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’6” to 5’10”, between the ages of 14 and 18, with a slim build, medium length hair, wearing black sweatpants and a hoodie, with black and white shoes. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at an unknown or undisclosed location at approximately 10:42 p.m. on February 24.

ROBBERY
3800 block of 7th Street N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 5:57 p.m. on February 27, police were dispatched to the late report of a robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 8:00 p.m. on February 26, the victim was walking in the area when she was approached from behind by two unknown suspects. The suspects assaulted the victim before cutting her purse strap and fleeing the area with her personal belongings. Suspect One is described as a black male, 24-28 years old, approximately 5’6”, wearing a dark sweater. Suspect Two is described as a black male, 24-28 years old, approximately 5’6”, wearing a plaid shirt and brown pants. The investigation is ongoing.

PEEPING
Unit block of S. Glebe Road, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 5:25 p.m. on February 28, police were dispatched to the report of a subject recording a female victim in a dressing room. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 5:00 p.m., while the victim was inside of a fitting room, an unknown male suspect reached under the wall and began recording her with a cell phone. The victim shouted for help and the suspect left the fitting room. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a light skinned Hispanic male, approximately 40 years old, with a heavy build, a short neck, short curly black hair, wearing a gray and red striped shirt, a dark jacket, gray or khaki pants, carrying a dark backpack.
