PUBLIC MASTURBATION AND INDECENT EXPOSURE
100 block of S. Fenwick Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 7:04 a.m. on July 4, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim observed the male suspect allegedly touching himself inappropriately. Arriving officers located the suspect and took him into custody without incident. The suspect, 29, of Washington, D.C. was arrested and charged with Public Masturbation and held on no bond.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
1200 block of S. Eads Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 11:55 p.m. on July 4, police were dispatched to the report of a male exposing himself. Arriving officers located the suspect, who attempted to walk away from them. He then turned back and allegedly exposed himself to officers, who then took him into custody without incident. The suspect, 36, of Fayetteville, NC, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Drunk in Public. He was held on no bond.

At approximately 2:41 p.m. on July 9, police were dispatched to the late report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that on July 2 at approximately 10:30 p.m., the victim observed the unknown suspect attempting to climb over a balcony railing. Upon seeing the victim, the suspect left the scene. The suspect is described as a male with dark complexion, in his late 30’s to early 40’s, approximately 5’10” to 6’0” tall and 250 lbs. He was wearing black pants, black long sleeve shirt and a black mask at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.

At approximately 2:45 p.m. on July 9, police were dispatched to the late report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 12:26 a.m. on July 1, the witness observed the unknown suspect looking into windows of a residence. The suspect is described as a male with dark complexion, approximately 5’10” to 6’0” tall, weighing 215 – 230 lbs. He was wearing a long sleeve black shirt, black pants and black boots at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.

1100 block of S. Hayes Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 5:18 p.m. on July 22, police were dispatched to the report of a trespassing. Upon arrival, it was determined that on July 14 at approximately 2:00 p.m., the unknown male suspect entered a business and exposed himself to the victim. The suspect was escorted out of the business by security. On July 22, the victim observed the same suspect enter the business and attempt to start conversation. He was asked to leave and he complied, but was observed still in the area later in the day, prompting the victim to contact police. The suspect is described as a Black male, in his late teens to mid-twenties. The investigation is ongoing.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
2800 block of Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 9:31 a.m. on July 23, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that on July 16 at approximately 5:00 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when the suspect allegedly pulled down his pants exposing himself. On July 23 at approximately 8:45 a.m., the victim was in the same area again when the suspect allegedly approached her and pulled down his pants exposing himself, then began touching himself inappropriately. The victim left the area and called the police. Officers canvassed the area and located the suspect, who was positively identified. The suspect, 53, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure (x2).

This incident occurred on July 25, at approximately 8:00 p.m.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
2100 block of Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on July 26, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was walking in the area when she felt the suspect allegedly grab her arm from behind her. As she turned around, she observed the male naked. The suspect then fled on foot. Arriving officers, with the assistance of Metro Transit Police, located the suspect in the area and took him into custody without incident. The suspect, 36, of Washington, D.C. was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Assault and Battery.
RAPE
800 block of S. Dickerson Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on July 28, at approximately 9:39 a.m.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
3200 block of Washington Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 9:46 p.m. on July 28, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 7:30 p.m., the victim was working inside of a business when the male suspect entered, placed an order and went to the restroom. The male suspect then returned to the front of the business, engaged the employee in conversation, began touching himself inappropriately and exposed himself. The suspect is described as a black male, 24-45 years old, 5’8”-5’11”, 140 lbs., with a small beard, short black dreadlocks, wearing a red shirt and dark colored pants. The investigation is ongoing.
