UNLAWFUL ENTRY, ASSAULT AND BATTERY
3400 block of Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 3:26 a.m. on March 2, police were dispatched to the report of a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was asleep inside a residence when she was awoken to an unknown male suspect allegedly kissing her on the cheek. Once confronted by the victim, the suspect left the residence on foot. Responding officers located a suspect matching the victim’s description and he was later positively identified. Dominus Dayton, 37, of Arlington, VA was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry and Assault and Battery. He was held on no bond.

S. Buchanan Street and Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on a road or highway at approximately 2:50 p.m. on March 13.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY
4100 block of S. Four Mile Run Drive, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 11:39 p.m. on March 16, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim was inside her residence when she observed the door handle to her residence moving. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a black male, 40 – 60 years old, wearing a camouflage jacket, light colored sweatshirt and light colored pants. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 5:03 p.m. on March 23.

PEEPING
4500 block of Arlington Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:19 p.m. on March 27, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that female victim was inside her residence when she observed an unknown male suspect looking into her bedroom window. The suspect then walked to a patio door where he was confronted by the victim before fleeing the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with cropped black hair, approximately 18-20 years old and slightly overweight. He was wearing black headphones, a grey hoodie and grey sweatpants. The investigation is ongoing.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY
4100 block of S. Four Mile Run Drive, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 12:06 a.m. on March 28, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined the female victim was awoken to the sound of someone tampering with the handle to her front door. The victim conversed with the suspect through the front door, telling him to leave. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a black male with a black beanie, grey or olive jacket and blue jeans. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at an elementary or secondary school at approximately 12:00 a.m. on February 1.

PUBLIC MASTURBATION
4200 block of Campbell Avenue, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:10 p.m. on February 2, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim observed the male suspect allegedly touching himself inappropriately. Arriving officers located the suspect and observed the suspect continue to touch himself inappropriately and took him into custody without incident. Michael Scott, 55, of No Fixed Address, was arrested and charged with Public Masturbation.

This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 8:33 p.m. on February 13.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
900 block of N. Lexington Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a park or playground at approximately 12:45 p.m. on February 16.

ROBBERY AND INDECENT EXPOSURE
800 block of N. Lexington Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 1:15 p.m. on February 16, police were dispatched to the report of a larceny and exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was sitting on a bench when the unknown suspect approached her from behind and asked for directions. As she turned, she observed the suspect exposing himself before he grabbed her personal belongings and fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 18 – 20 years of age, 5’2” – 5’4”, 130 – 150 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black hoodie, green shirt and burgundy shorts at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.

ROBBERY
200 block of 18th Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 8:50 p.m. on February 27, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was walking in the area when the unknown suspect approached her, grabbed her purse and fled the scene on foot. Responding officers canvassed the area and located the stolen property. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’9” – 5’10” tall, wearing a dark jacket and pants. The investigation is ongoing.
