This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 12:01 a.m. on January 1.
ROBBERY
4400 block of 4th Road N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 3:56 a.m. on January 1, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim exited a vehicle and was walking in the area when she was approached by two male suspects who attempted to engage her in conversation. The suspects then pushed the victim to the ground and stole the her personal belongings before one suspect fled the scene on foot and the second suspect fled in a vehicle. The victim was not injured. Suspect One is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’11”, wearing a red shirt and white jeans. Suspect Two is described as a white male, approximately 6’0”, wearing a blue shirt, dark jeans and a gold chain. The vehicle is described as a red sedan. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at a jail or prison at approximately 12:20 a.m. on January 5.
PEEPING
600 block of N. Nelson Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 9:37 p.m. on January 10, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victims were inside their residence when they observed an unknown male suspect inside their backyard looking into the residence through a door. The victims screamed and the suspect fled prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’10”-6’0”, 180-210 lbs., wearing a black hoodie and black pants. The investigation is ongoing.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
1100 block of S. Hayes Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 7:11 p.m. on January 11, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the juvenile victims were in the area of the fitting rooms inside of a business when they observed a male expose himself and touch himself inappropriately. The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male, 25-35 years old, taller than 6’1”, approximately 190 lbs., with short black hair, brown eyes, scruff on his face, wearing a dark gray shirt, black jacket and black jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
ABDUCTION
6100 block of Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 3:00 a.m. on January 12, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was walking in the area when she noticed an unknown male subject following her. As she approached the entrance to her residence, the male suspect pulled the victim’s hair from behind and wrapped his arms around her, preventing her from leaving. The suspect attempted to pull the victim away from her residence, however she resisted and the suspect eventually fled on foot when a vehicle drove by the area. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, with light-olive toned skin, possibly in his late 20’s or early 30’s, approximately 5’8”-5’11”, 150-180 lbs., wearing black pants, a black jacket, black shoes and a winter mask. The investigation is ongoing.
RAPE
2000 block of Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on a highway or road at approximately 7:50 p.m. on January 12.
PEEPING
4700 block of Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 7:19 p.m. on January 28, police were dispatched to the report of a peeper. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victims were inside the dressing room at a business when they observed a male suspect holding a cell phone over the dressing room wall and allegedly taking photos. The victims confronted the suspect and informed him they were calling police, which prompted him to flee the business prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a tall, thin black male, approximately 5’11”-6’0”, with dreadlocks, a black beard, chipped teeth with a gap in the center, wearing a long black jacket, light khaki pants, white headphones, and black and white sneakers. The investigation is ongoing.
