RAPE
1600 block of 13th Street, S., Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 4:00 p.m. on October 1.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1800 block of N. Oak Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 8:14 p.m. on October 3, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 7:40 p.m., an unknown suspect entered a business and sat down in a chair. The suspect then exposed himself and touched himself inappropriately. The suspect fled on his bike after the employee informed the suspect she was calling police. The suspect is described as a black male, 35-40 years old, approximately 5’10”, 215 lbs., with black and blonde dreadlocks falling below shoulder length, some facial hair, wearing a dark t-shirt and blue jeans. The bike is described as a gray and black mountain bike. The investigation is ongoing.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
4500 block of 34th Street, S., Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at an elementary or secondary school at approximately 2:00 p.m. on October 4.

PEEPING
2800 block of 9th Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:07 p.m. on October 6, police were dispatched to the report of a subject peeping into windows. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect was observed peeping into a residence and crouching behind a bush to avoid being seen. When an arriving officer attempted to make contact with the suspect, he fled on foot. A brief foot pursuit ensued before the suspect was taken into custody without incident. Alexei Rodriguez, 44, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with peeping/spying into a dwelling.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1800 block of N. Moore Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred in a park or playground at approximately 10:22 p.m. on October 6.

BURGLARY AND ABDUCTION
6700 block of 19th Road N., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 5:35 a.m. on October 10, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim heard noise originating from the backyard and upon investigating, located damaged property. As officers canvassed the neighborhood, they began receiving reports of a naked man observed in the area. Officers located the suspect in the 2100 block of N. Westmoreland Street and commanded him to stop. The suspect fled on foot into a residence where he locked himself inside a bathroom with a male victim. The male victim was unharmed and able to unlock the door at which time officers took the suspect into custody without further incident. As the investigation continued, officers located additional victims and determined the suspect had allegedly attempted or successfully gained entry into residences as well as locations where property was damaged. The suspect was transported to Virginia Hospital Center for medical evaluation. With the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the suspect was identified as Kahlil Martin, 25, of no fixed address. He was charged with burglary (x2), attempted burglary, abduction and destruction of property (x2).

1800 block of N. Quinn Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 6:00 a.m. on October 10.

RAPE
3600 block of S. Glebe Road, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 9:30 a.m. on October 12.

RAPE
700 block of N. Jefferson Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 4:01 p.m. on October 13.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY
1200 block of N. Filmore Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:51 a.m. on October 14, police were dispatched to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was awoken to noise and upon investigating, located an intoxicated unknown male subject at her door speaking incoherently. She closed the door and the subject left momentarily, but returned, and forced his way past the victim into her residence. A neighbor arriving on scene to assist, as well as the victim and an additional occupant of the residence, were allegedly assaulted while attempting to control the suspect until police arrival. Daniel Fay, 25, of Falls Church, VA, was arrested and charged with drunk in public, assault and battery (x3) and unlawful entry. He was held on no bond.

PUBLIC MASTURBATION
3100 block of Lee Highway, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 11:27 a.m. on October 18, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was inside her vehicle when she allegedly observed a male suspect masturbating inside a vehicle parked next to hers. Responding units canvassed the area and located the suspect based on the description provided by the victim. Olumide Onakoya, 42, of Temple Hills, MD, was charged with public masturbation.

RAPE
S. George Mason Drive and 13th Road, S., Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on a highway or road at approximately 9:15 p.m. on October 18.

POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
5200 block of Yorktown Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at an elementary or secondary school at approximately 10:10 p.m. on October 19.

SEXUAL BATTERY
2000 block of Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 11:00 p.m. on October 19.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
800 block of S. Frederick Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 6:24 p.m. on October 20, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was in the parking lot of his residence when he observed an unknown male suspect in a wooded area staring at him with his pants unzipped. When the victim returned approximately ten minutes later, he observed the same male exhibiting the same suspicious behavior and called police. Arriving officers observed the male in the area, however, he fled on foot. The area was canvased with negative results. The suspect is described as a white Hispanic male, in his 40’s, approximately 5’6”, with an average build, dark hair with a receding hairline, wearing jeans and a light grey and black sweatshirt. The investigation is ongoing.

N. Abington Street and 7th Road, N., Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on a highway or road at approximately 8:00 p.m. on October 21.

RAPE
1000 block of S. Frederick Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 2:00 a.m. on October 22.

OBSCENITY; DISSEMINATE PHOTO/VIDEO TO HARASS
3600 block of S. Glebe Road, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 7:30 p.m. on October 23.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY
1700 block of Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:09 a.m. on October 26, police were dispatched to the report of an unlawful entry. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim awoke to find an unknown male suspect asleep inside her residence. Arriving officers located the suspect and took him into custody without incident. Andrew Leonard, 29, of Arlington, VA, was arrested and charged with unlawful entry.

RAPE
100 block of Chain Bridge Road, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 3:09 a.m. on October 27.

PEEPING
400 block of N. Edgewood Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 12:31 a.m. on October 30, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined that a witness observed a suspect allegedly peering through windows of a neighboring residence. Arriving officers established a perimeter, located a suspect matching the description provided by the witness and took him into custody without incident. Stephen Polestak, 48, of Arlington, VA was arrested and charged with peeping. He was held on a secure bond.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY
1900 block of N. George Mason Drive, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:41 a.m. on October 30, police were dispatched to the report of a possible breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she heard knocking at the front door. The victim narrowly opened the door and the suspect allegedly began to push it open. The victim was able to use her strength to close the door and then contacted police. Arriving officers located the suspect in the victim’s yard and took him into custody. The suspect was transported to Virginia Hospital Center for medical evaluation. Warrants for unlawful entry, drunk in public, public urination and possession of alcohol by interdicted person were obtained for the suspect, 25, of Arlington, VA.
