SEXUAL BATTERY
Joyce Street at 18th Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 7:18 p.m. on November 3, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 6:30 p.m., the victim was running in the area when the suspect approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks. The victim yelled, and the suspect fled on foot, then entered the passenger side of a vehicle and left the area. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’4”, wearing blue jeans, a dark grey hoodie, and a white knit hat. The vehicle is described as an older model maroon sedan. The investigation is ongoing.

11th Street N. and N. Utah Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on November 5, at approximately 3:00 p.m.

PEEPING
1900 block of Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:12 p.m. on November 5, police were dispatched to the report of a peeper. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victims were inside their residence when they observed the unknown suspect peering into their living room through a sliding glass door. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. A canvas of the area returned with negative results. The suspect is described as a male, about 5’7” tall and weighing 200 lbs. He was wearing a black sweater, black pants, black hat and black mask at the time of the incident.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1400 block of N. Uhle Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 12:05 p.m. on November 9, police were dispatched to the late report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that approximately an hour prior, the female victim was inside her parked vehicle when she observed the suspect expose himself. Arriving officers located the suspect and took him into custody without incident. The suspect, 35, of no fixed address was charged with Indecent Exposure: 3+ Offense in 10 Years. It was also determined that he was wanted out of Fairfax County. He was held on no bond.

This incident occurred on November 14, at approximately 11:00 p.m.

OBJECT SEXUAL PENETRATION    
1200 block of S. Ross Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on November 15, at approximately 1:22 a.m.

SEXUAL BATTERY    
4200 block of Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on November 17, at approximately 9:47 a.m.

RAPE    
1300 block of N. Rolfe Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on November 17, at approximately 10:35 p.m.

OBJECT SEXUAL PENETRATION    
500 block of N. Manchester Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on November 23, at approximately 2:30 p.m.

PUBLIC MASTURBATION    
1600 block of N. Quinn Street, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on November 26, at approximately 9:25 a.m.

RAPE    
1700 block of Richmond Highway, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on November 27, at approximately 9:00 p.m.
