SEXUAL BATTERY
Lee Highway and Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on May 6, at approximately 7:15 p.m.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
I-66WB at Rosslyn Tunnel, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:30 p.m. on May 9, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure that had just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was operating as a rideshare driver when the suspect, a passenger, allegedly began making inappropriate comments and grabbed her arm. The victim pulled over and forced him out of the vehicle, while he continued to touch himself inappropriately. The suspect fled on foot prior to police arrival. During the course of the investigation, a possible suspect was identified based upon information from the victim. Officers located the suspect and took him into custody without incident in the 4900 block of Lee Highway. The suspect, 27, of Forestville, MD, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Assault and Battery.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY
1500 block of N. Lincoln Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:15 p.m. on May 11, police were dispatched to the late report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 1:45 p.m., the victim was riding her scooter in the area when the suspect approached her and attempted to grab her backpack unsuccessfully. The victim turned around and was struck by the suspect, but was able to run away and seek assistance. The victim sustained minor injuries. The suspect is described as a skinny white male, approximately 15 years old, 5’3”, with curly brown hair, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. The investigation is ongoing.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1200 block of S. Scott Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 1:16 p.m. on May 16, police responded to the report of an indecent exposure, however, the suspect was not located and the victim had left the area. A telephone report was later taken and it was determined that at approximately 1:15 p.m. on May 16, the victim was in the lobby of a residential building when the male suspect attempted to engage her in conversation. The suspect then called out loudly to the victim, prompting her to turn around to see the male suspect exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately. The victim exited the building and left the area. The suspect is described as an Asian male in his 20’s, with a light complexion, black hair, unkempt facial hair, tattoos on one arm, wearing a white t-shirt and a teal/blue towel around his waist. The investigation is ongoing.

RAPE
4200 block of 16th Street S., Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on May 18, at approximately 2:00 a.m.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1000 block of N. Quincy Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 12:12 p.m., on May 21, an officer on patrol was flagged down by an individual in need of assistance. It was determined that the victim was in the area when she was allegedly approached by the male suspect who exposed himself before running away. The officer located an individual matching the suspect description and, during the course of the investigation, he was positively identified. The suspect, 30, of Centreville, VA, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure. He was held on a secure bond.

This incident occurred on May 23, at approximately 12:00 p.m.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
