This incident occurred on March 3, at approximately 12:00 p.m.
PEEPING
2700 block of S. Veitch Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on March 5, police were dispatched to the late report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 11:47 p.m. on March 2, the victim was inside her residence when she observed an unknown male suspect outside her window. As she approached the window, the suspect fled on foot. The suspect is described as a male, 6’0”-6’5”, wearing a hood. The investigation is ongoing.
PUBLIC MASTURBATION

SEXUAL BATTERY
1700 block of Crystal Drive, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on March 7, at approximately 3:00 p.m.
ASSAULT AND BATTERY
1700 block of Crystal Drive, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 6:31 p.m. on March 9, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 3:00 p.m. on March 7, the victim was receiving a massage when she was allegedly inappropriately touched by the suspect. Following an investigation by the Special Victims’ Unit, a warrant for Assault and Battery was obtained for the suspect, 60, of Washington D.C.
RAPE
2800 block of Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on March 10, at approximately 7:00 a.m.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY
700 block of 21st Street S., Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 3:50 a.m. on March 28, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary that had just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence, when she observed an unknown male suspect open the door and enter the residence. The victim screamed and the suspect fled on foot prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a male, with a medium build, wearing a light colored jacket with fur hood, dark hoodie, black hat, black facemask and black pants. The investigation is ongoing.
RAPE
4400 block of 31st Street S., Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on March 29, at approximately 6:00 a.m.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
1400 block of S. Joyce Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 2:04 p.m. on March 30, police were dispatched to the report of trouble unknown. The reporting party advised dispatch that the known male suspect was allegedly intoxicated and acting disorderly inside a residence. Arriving officers located the partially undressed suspect in the hallway of the apartment building. The suspect repeatedly ignored the lawful commands of officers to stop and get on the ground and continued to act aggressively and advance towards them. An officer deployed OC Spray, which had little effect on the suspect and he continued to advance towards officers. A second officer then deployed their taser, enabling the officers to place the combative suspect into custody. The suspect was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment. The suspect, 40, of Arlington, VA, was charged with Drunk in Public, Obstruction of Justice and Indecent Exposure.
