SEXUAL BATTERY
2800 block of Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 1:02 a.m. on December 1.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1200 block of N. Ohio Street, Arlington, Virginia
On December 1 at approximately 2:50 p.m., police were dispatched to the late report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 12:30 p.m. on November 27, two female victims were walking on the multi-use path when a male suspect pulled down his pants and began masturbating. The suspect is described as a younger white male, possibly Hispanic, wearing a dark olive green hoodie and blue jeans. The investigation is ongoing.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1100 block of S. Joyce Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 7:55 p.m. on December 2, a male victim reported that a male suspect had just exposed himself to the victim inside of a business. When the victim yelled at the suspect, the suspect attempted to flee but was stopped by a witness. Carlos Jimenez, 39, of Alexandria, VA, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

PEEPING
3900 block of N. Abingdon Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 6:28 a.m. on December 14, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person after the victims contacted the Emergency Communication Center to report a suspect allegedly peeping from their backyard. The suspect fled by vehicle prior to police arrival. With the assistance of Fairfax County Police, a perimeter was established and an Arlington K9 conducted a track of the area. A responding officer observed a suspect matching the description provided by the witnesses, conducted a traffic stop and the suspect was taken into custody without incident. Kareem Thomas, 43, of Laurel, MD, was arrested and charged with Attempted Peeping. As a result of the investigation, the suspect was charged with Peeping and Stalking related to a January 4, 2017 incident (2017-01040035).

RAPE
1400 block of N. Courthouse Road, Arlington, Virginia
This incident occurred on a highway or road at approximately 11:00 p.m. on December 17.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
1300 block of N. Meade Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 11:35 p.m. on December 20, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was walking home when she noticed the male suspect walking behind her. When the victim stopped outside of her residence, the suspect walked beside her with his genitals exposed. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’7, with a thin to average build, approximately 150 lbs., with short, trimmed facial hair, wearing a dark colored zip up jacket with the hood tied tightly around his face, and blue jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
