This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 12:00 a.m. on July 1.

RAPE/SEXUAL ASSAULT
2700 block of Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 10:20 a.m. on July 2, officers responded to the report of a sexual battery. Upon arrival, it was determined that a female victim had been sexually assaulted. A suspect was located in the area and subsequently taken into custody. Nosher Ali Ahmad, 34, of Bahrain, was arrested and is being held without bond.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
4100 block of Henderson Road, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 12:55 p.m. on July 2, officers responded to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined an unknown male subject exposed himself to a female victim. The subject is described as a black male in his early thirties, approximately 5’10”-6’0” tall and weighed 180-190 lbs. He was wearing a white shirt and khaki pants. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident occurred at a park/playground. At approximately 8:10 p.m. on July 2, officers responded to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined a male suspect exposed himself to several victims. Alexei Cordero Rodriguez, 43, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

At approximately 3:40 p.m. on July 10, officers responded to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined an unknown male subject exposed himself to a female victim. The subject is described as a Hispanic male in his early thirties, approximately 5’6” tall and weighed 160-180 lbs. He was wearing a black shirt, grey shorts, and a black baseball hat. The investigation is ongoing.

At approximately 10:37 a.m. on July 24, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that an unknown male subject pulled his vehicle alongside of a female victim and exposed his genitals. The subject is described as a Hispanic male in his late 20’s, wearing a light colored t-shirt and a baseball hat. The subject fled the area in a gold sedan prior to police arrival.

This incident occurred at a home or residence at approximately 12:00 p.m. on July 25.

PUBLIC MASTURBATION/OBSCENE SEXUAL DISPLAY
Wilson Boulevard at N. Rhodes Street, Arlington, Virginia
At approximately 11:39 a.m. on July 26, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the reporting party allegedly observed a male subject masturbating in his vehicle. Arriving officers located the subject and took him into custody. Otman El Garras, 37, of Burke, VA was arrested and charged with obscene sexual display.
